Pour impression, with care that cleft area and frenum attachments are included.
On stone model, block undercuts of cleft area with WonderFill or wax to allow for fabrication of maxillary plate.
Maxillary plate made in clear acrylic.
Plate of 2mm in thickness all around
Buccal flange in continuation with labial flange, to have continuous flange borders.
